What must be frequency of musturbation. my frequeny of musturbation is twice daily.is it right or wrong.if i am avoiding musturbation.then i have to face night fall with frequency 3-4per week.what should i do.

No such advised Frequency.
But don't get preoccupied with sexual thoughts which lead to more chances of masturbation.
Go for outdoor games and sports/ Gym etc for healthy diversion.
