Met with an accident have fracture on finger. Is operation is necessary...urgent please do reply ASAP

If early mobilisation is needed then yes. Operation will also lower the chance of deformity. Others may say little deformity in little finger is acceptable. But why acceptable. Consult an orthopaedic surgeon.
