Fracture at knee joint.
Pls suggest suitable treatment for the fracture in right leg knee joint. Both ligament fractures. Ortho Surgeon Dr. saying that he need operation for screw implant. And ortho dr. Saying he need just POP. I am damn confused.

Good evening ,fracture is clearly seen and its slightly displaced too ,for a young patient age 47 its better to go for surgery as it will give you early mobilisation and better resuls ,yes it can be treated with a cast too but you time duration will longer and stiffness will be there
