Forgetfulness

At the end of the day I forget what happened in the day I easily forget people's names and it takes me 2-3 meetings to remember some new person's name. Although I don't forget my studies much.

1. Take balanced diet
2. Avoid non veg at night
3. Drink plenty of water
4. Do regular exercise

I can understand your concern.

Your history is very incomplete and we need a detailed history.
Add almonds to your diet and take a cap. Brain DHA once a day after food for 10 days.
Do meditation and pranayama everyday.
Kindly consult a psychiatrist in person for further evaluation and management.
Have a balanced diet. Avoid smoking and alcohol intake.
