Foreskin attached to glans
My foreskin seems to be attached to the lower tip of glans. It seems like i wasn't trained in my childhood that you have to pull it back while peeing so it never detached. I can pull my foreskin back when penis is flaccid but with an erection it is difficult as the ring in the foreskin cannot move over the glans when erected. I don't feel any pain otherwise, nor do i have any infection or swelling.
