I am 110kgs and 5feet 9 inches now. I have lost 5 kgs in 2 months just by walking. But it seems it is not helping for my muscle gain.
I want to lose weight as soon as possible. I am ashamed of everybody pointing out me as obese. Due to diet restriction sometimes I feel very hungry and craving for some outside foods. When I go outside for some work by looking those junk food carts I feel like having them. Please suggest me what to do. Should I hit the gym? And what should be diet plan for me.
Kindly advice.
