For Weight loss
Hii I am 110kgs and 5feet 9 inches now. I have lost 5 kgs in 2 months just by walking. But it seems it is not helping for my muscle gain. I want to lose weight as soon as possible. I am ashamed of everybody pointing out me as obese. Due to diet restriction sometimes I feel very hungry and craving for some outside foods. When I go outside for some work by looking those junk food carts I feel like having them. Please suggest me what to do. Should I hit the gym? And what should be diet plan for me. Kindly advice.

Craving + junk foods fixes 1. Understand the triggers Hunger Eat more protein and fiber Stress / Boredom: Find a distraction ( walk , music, gym ) Sleep - deprived: Fix your rest - sleep control hunger hormones Smart cravings strategies Craving sweets? Try chocolate, Greek yogurt with honey + berries Dates or figs either almond butter Craving junk / street foods : Try homemade version Air fried samosa , baked fries , grilled paneer wraps , whole wheat pizza and popcorn Craving fried/ crunchy stuff: Roasted chickpeas or makhana. Trail mix , Khakra , roasted chana and baked chips Tips for beat junk food addiction 1. Don’t keep it at home 2. Plan 1 treat meal / week 3. Stay hydrated 4. Brush your teeth after dinner 5.
