Foot pain Where u can't walk
Foot pain and got swollen up and can't turn the leg. If there is remedy please suggest me out. I like to know regrading the hair problem also

take waxbath treatment at physiotherapy clinic. foot $ ankle exs. soak feet in hot $ cold water alternately , this is called contrast bath.. wear proper footwears. heel cushions in shoes.. do x ray to check if any calcaneal spur or foot deformities... check for flat feet..
