I had eaten more beet roots and carrots by boiling for so many days but I need the simple food list that increase the life of all body parts for increasing my age limit so please give me the detail list of foods that I should eat daily or weekly or monthly to increase my life span of all my body parts thank u

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  All you need to do is have a lot of greens, fruits and vegetables. Have 5 smaller meals rather than 3 huge meals. Exercise everyday. Drink plenty of water. No smoking and alcohol. Yoga, meditation daily. This much will be enough. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
