Coriminic drops you can with or before feed. You can vegetables and fruits purée now.
Do steam inhalation
Give saline nasal drops for nose block

6 months old baby is to feed by home made liquids like rice water, lentils soup, fresh fruits juice, mix vegetables soups, fruits shakes etc
Coriminic drops can be given at any time. No relationship with feeds but avoid giving just after feed it may leads to vomiting.
