You can start semisolid diet once baby complete 6 months
Start with ragi
Then slowly introduce rice
Rice with dhal, curd, boiled smashed vegetables
Can give fruit and fruit juice in small quatity
Please careful don't give everything together
Introduce each item every week
Continue breast milk
