Food of baby
My baby has just completed 6month..he feeds only breastmilk till 6month.now I will start solid,what food should I introduce first and how many times it can be given?can cerelac or nestum be given?besides solid food should I start formula milk?He never had formula,now will it be ok to give him formula?

Please avoid formula milk and also packaged food like cerelac. They are not as beneficial as home cooked fresh food. Give khichdi, mashed potato, sheera, upma, idli, fruits, mix green vegetables in dal rice.  Type baby food recipes 6months india in google and you will get many options. Websites like Tarla dalal have many recipes
