Food habit
My baby is 6 months old.I have a query related to food habits.I feed my child veggies/fruits/dry fruits in suji.can i give different kinds of food in one day. Wfood should be restricted?

Can give different good every 3-4 days to make baby develop taste to that food and see for food allergies if any.

Continue breastfeed as you gave till 6 months Teach child to eat and develop taste. Start weaning after 6 months of age Start with liquid first for 25-30 day then increase consistency to semi solid to solid at 10-12 months. Give one new item whole week then add other item next week.

Many new foods should not be started in single day , every new food you start watch stools and slowly increase quantity .

1)Yes, you can give different kind of foods in smashed form. 2)You have to avoid cow /buffalo milk, outside food.
