Hi thanks for your query. Weight loss is a regular & consistent efforts but not short terms.take low calorie diet . less rice,but brwon rice,brown breads, whole wheat chapati more FIBRES, plenty of vegetables, fruits except banana, grapes. Less cooking oil.No junk,fast,street ,unhygienic oily foods.No cold drinks or similar beverages, no fried,processed foods.NI rich foods like biriyani etc.. Min 2 to 4 hours exercises like walking, dynamic lifestyles. Sleep only 6 hrs.
