I am suffering from foluclytis and excessive oil on my scalp and thinning of hair. I have itching on my scalp

You probably have seborrhoeic dermatitis . You will need prescription medicines . Only shampoos will not work. My suggestion is that you visit an allopathic dermatologist near you . This forum will not give you the right answers because a physical examination is needed to come to diagnosis and then treat.
