Foley catheter for NPH patient
Patient Age is 66 years, patient is suffering from Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH) diagnosed in Feb 2016. Symptoms are, uncontrollable urine (presently on foley catheter for last 2 years), sometimes uncontrollable stools, dementia and can't walk too much, can walk only a little distance. Is foley catheter safe, we replace it every 14-15 days. Urine examination shows 6-7 pus cells and not RBC.

U need to continue with it..or else shift to suprapubic catheterization...
