Foetal echocardiograph findings are suggestive of transposition of great arteries. Pulmonary artery is overriding VSD. Pregnancy is for 7 months. Please suggest what to do?

If Fetal echo has been done by radiologist then you should review with pediatric cardiologist, who will according to other cardiac structures status will help you in planning delivery , post delivery management , further outcome of baby after delivery.
