Fluvoxamine for day dream
Hi, my psychiatrist told me that i am suffering from comorbid depression and generalized anxiety with some symptoms of obsessive thoughts ( maladaptive daydreaming) I have been taking escitalopram for 2 months and it improved my appetite and too much sleeping and fatigue but still i find that i cant able to do productive tasks , he prescribed me buproprion too but it just improved my mood only , Now after mood The problem is about sustaining focus on study as i am a b.tech student and want to crack ssc and banking exams In between study i used to fantasies about music ,dreams coming true , & i feel happy fantasiesing these thoughts So every tym when i start to study after 30 min i used to think a lot in mind and walking circular ,there are lots of thoughts always running in my mind and hence i become tired without doing anything I just want to day dream Now he prescribed me fluvoxamine . Is there any med 4 motivating me to do even boring stuff like study & bathing, daily tasks
