Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Just be aware that medicine are just one part of any psychic treatments like depression and they help in suppressing the emotions to give temporary relief. However the actual root cause, which is your anxious thoughts and worrying thoughts will still preoccupy your mind to cause anxiety and stress. Medicine can't control thoughts. So In parallel to medicine, you need to start few non medicine treatment plan like mindset change therapies or psychotherapy, few lifestyle changes, dietary changes, relaxation techniques, excersise, yoga etc to overcome this problem permanently. Feel free to reach me online for further evaluation and assistance. Be positive. You will be alright soon.

Dear mam Please consult your psychiatrist and any other psychiatrist regarding adjusting your medications. 20 MG of flunil is the starting dose of medicine and can be increased if needed. Alternatively, other medications can also be added. Apart from Medication, you will also benefit from psychological therapy for anxiety. Try some relaxation techniques like meditation, yoga, calm breathing, exercise. Hope this helps Thanks Regards Dr Ankita Mishra

Hi Mam Thanks for seeking help here. You may take T. Buspin 10 for anxiety along with Flunil. Else you can take T. Pari Cr instead of Flunil. Start Yoga and exercise. Happy to help you.
