Mometasone cream ip 2.trypsin chymotrypsin 6:1 thre time a day 3. Vit d3 zinc chewable 4. B complex I have a consern ki i can appley this cream and what is use of i. On my wound and how much time it gonna take to heal completely

So my age is 28, I'm 5"7 feet male and a vegetarian, I'm regular to the gym taking my diet and all, but these past 1-2 months I feel tired and feel like very tired after heavy workout which didn't happened earlier. Chest pain mostly in the centre for 10 days after I had a fever and a cold because of a perfume smell. I took no medicine but recovered in 3 days. Since then, I have had chest pain, but there is no fever or cold.

I feel exhausted and tired everytime even after full sleep and I feel losing interest in everything. I frequently find myself overthinking and panicking over small situations. I have started avoiding people and running away from situations. I'm not able to focus on anything and always feel like just laying on the bed. I don't find motivation anywhere. Basically I'm not able to stay active and pursue things I want to do .
