Dear Doctor,
I am a 48 year male with 67 kg of weight. I want to get flu vaccine, do that I cannot get common cold and flu. We want to get immunised for my kids (7 and 10 year boys) as well for my wife (43 years, 70 kg) I request you to kindly prescribe the vaccine, so that we can take it.
