Fluorosis is not hereditary.
Fluorosis occurs due to excessive intake of flouride during the tooth formation period and/or after eruption of permanent teeth usually.
Flouride is present in Milk, water, salt, Toothpaste etc
Normal intake of flouride for adults is 1 ppm and 0.4 - 0.6 for kids
