I am having Itching and flaky Skin On my scrotal area (ball sack) and lumps which are dark and itchy many times. Pease help me to cure

it can be due to eczema or fungal infections with secondary infections....lesions has to be examined clinically to diagnose...consult dermatologist they will do the needful
