Protein requirements of body depends upon your weight is around 55 g if you are having a sedentary lifestyle or normal person. If you're doing some extra intense physical activity then it will be changed.
All depends upon your daily protein intake in your food with reference to type of protein and quantity of protein you are taking regularly.
