Fistula in Ano
He is having problem of Fistula in Ano since from 2009 and in 2010 doctor decided to do the surgery, after going into O.T doctor said No it is big one, i am not expected this much, we do after some more testing and revised Fees. we have taken discharge and my father taken Ayurveda Treatment and personal care, but now from last 10 days, he is again facing problem with more pain and fewer, we went again hospital and as per Surgeon advice, we have taken Ultrasound, as per ultrasound it is multiple Fistula in Ano, and now we are in search of experienced Surgeon at Hyderabad for better treatment (as it is complex one as per doctor), so it should not repeat more often and get proper treatment with fast recovery, he is also Diabetic and in JAN 16 it was not under control due to non-taking of medicine, but now it is under control about 160 after meals. plz suggest me the doctor/s,hospital/s.

Going for surgery @ this age that too with diabetes is not recommended. Healing of post surgical wound becomes too delayed, in fact healing of fistula track is delaying because of diabetes. Treatment of diabetes is not just making sugar level readings normal, have to stop the pathology then healing will be faster. If FBS reading is between 80 to 90 & HbA1c between 6 to 7 its good.
