Fissure,fistula,no urge to poop
I had no urge to poop  everyday morning from last one year even there is no sensation to poop.when i drink water and try to put some pressure then poop comes.Before 1year i went to poop with out drinking water and  i have urge also those days.when i was suffering  with fissure for avoiding constipation i follow a habit of drinking 1litre of water and go to poop so many days.I think due to that habit iam unable to go to poop with out drinking water since 1 year i have no urge to poop in the morning, when I drink one glass of water and put mind in that then the poop came that too some what dry now.recently iam also infected with fistula.iam also suffering with gerd and hiatus hernia and taking ppi's now.please tell me what to do for urge to poop?Everybody went to poop after wake up iam also done like this before but not now.what should I follow to urge for poop and proper digesting.i had also poor sleep?
