Hello there. I can understand your concern. The history you have provided is very insufficient. Here are a few things you can do. 1. Have smaller meals and high fiber meals. 2. Avoid oily and spicy foods. 3. Tab. Laxidyl two tablets in the night before bed for 5 days. 4. Drink plenty of fluids. Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
