Cycling posture might have contributed to your numbness.
You should do neck stretching and scapular stretching exercises with proper guidance.
Next Steps
If the numbness persists or aggrevates you need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for further evaluation and treatment either in person or through video call.

Go for vitamin D3 and B12 test. And let me know a few more things
1. Any tingling sensation is there?
2. Any history of trauma
3. Any stiffness in neck
Your longstanding wrist pressure could have caused compression on the carpal bones, trapping the nerve and resulting in numbness.
In this case you have to stretch your median nerve and your affected side trapezius (neck muscle)
Use pain'relieving gel like volini gel for pain.
Use ice pack three times a day 10 min-15min.
Try to do exercises for shoulder, neck and hand.
Strengthening exs and stretching.
Avoid cycling for few days.
most probably this numbness is because of your cycling posture, the numbness at your fingers are might be due to nerve compression at cervical. better to go for a proper assessment and then start strengthening of your neck and shoulder.
Next Steps
consult to any good physiotherapist or orthopaedic doctor.
Your injury seems to be connected to your cycling posture. If your handle is not straight as of a MTB as in curved one, there is more tendency to poke your neck. And that can overstretch an already strained area.
Vit D and B12 as suggested earlier, are very important in most muscle and bone health issues.
Numbness can be a carpal tunnel type issue...but we need to assess you for that.
Next Steps
generally if your injury is as a result of protrusion of the neck, an opposite chin tuck with a nod will help. this position needs to be maintained 5 seconds. You need to do that 20 reps and it needs to be done intensively, atleast 4 to 5 times per day. It should be painfree except for a light pressure.
