Cycling posture might have contributed to your numbness. You should do neck stretching and scapular stretching exercises with proper guidance.
Next Steps
If the numbness persists or aggrevates you need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for further evaluation and treatment either in person or through video call.

Your longstanding wrist pressure could have caused compression on the carpal bones, trapping the nerve and resulting in numbness. In this case you have to stretch your median nerve and your affected side trapezius (neck muscle)
Next Steps
Repeat two - three times in a day
Health Tips
Resting an arm gives you relaxation

Visit a Physiotherapist and get checked. Most probably it is due to compression of ulnar nerve at wrist.
Next Steps
Continue treatment as advised by the Physiotherapist for that many days.
Health Tips
Stop cycling for two weeks  and then start with just 15-20 minutes per day and go on increasing the duration every 2 days..

Your injury seems to be connected to your cycling posture. If your handle is not straight as of a MTB as in curved one, there is more tendency to poke your neck. And that can overstretch an already strained area. Vit D and B12 as suggested earlier, are very important in most muscle and bone health issues. Numbness can be a carpal tunnel type issue...but we need to assess you for that.
Next Steps
generally if your injury is as a result of protrusion of the neck, an opposite chin tuck with a nod will help. this position needs to be maintained 5 seconds. You need to do that 20 reps and it needs to be done intensively, atleast 4 to 5 times per day. It should be painfree except for a light pressure.
Health Tips
we need more information and you need a physiotherapist consultation for a full assessment and treatment.
