  4. Filling or RCT. There is no pain in it.

Filling or RCT
Aa per the attached x-ray, please let me know whether refilling will do or should it need RCT. Previous filling for the same was done mirw than 10 years ago so I want to check for it, as of today there is no pain in it.

Its better to get Root canal done and stay away from pain for life, but place a crown after root canal...
