Fibrosis streaks in upper left lung lobe
Recently I have been facing severe breathless feeling, chest pain, chest heaviness, fatigue, muscular pain, severe weight loss ( almost 9 kg)but no cough. Two months back blood tests reported vit D deficiency(7). Undertook medication for same for 2 months, but still faced severe chest pain even during normal walking, thus did chest  xray. It has shown fibrosis streaks in upper left lung lobe, thus read online for lung fibrosis issue, which has feared me. Around 4 and half years back I had lump in left breast which was detected due to TB. Medications continued for 6 months and all was clear, even then I had no cough issue at all. Even now I am having no cough issue, but read online this fibrosis could have been due to it. Going through other symptoms could you plz guide me. Would visit a pulmonolgist asap. But just need a help to understand those symptoms of breathless, severe weight loss, chest heaviness feeling. Is it IPF ???

Could be some Interstitial lung disease or possibly sarcoidosis.  but do not worry.  There are therapy for all diseases. It could just be an asthma exacerbation as well.  A good pulmonologist will diagnose your condition well.  Do pay a visit to a pulmonologist soon. Take care
