The size of fibroid is very small and it is away from the endometrium only thing you should do next time is that you should take 3 months of multivitamin both for husband and wife because to produce a healthy egg and healthy sperm it takes 3 months of vitamins  prior to conceiving. Next when you get pregnant you need to visit a gynecologist as soon as possible for support medicine so that you don't abort again including blood thinners like aspirin
