Get yourself examined by a surgeon, he may order ultrasound and FNAC. The treatment would follow the results.

1st point: Fibro cystic disease is a benign condition of breast and does not cause cancer. So don't worry. 2nd : it can cause pain in breast and the size of the cyst can sometimes increase. But it doesn't increase size of breast day by day. If there is pain, then it can be due to infection or blood clot inside the cyst. That time you have to visit a surgeon. Please Share your ultrasound report for better advise
Next Steps
Consult a general surgeon.
Health Tips
You may take breast ultrasound scan for grading of the breast issue. And Keep following it every 6 months or every 1 year.
