Fibroadenomas
I found a mass in my breast in nov. went to a doc who said it could be a muscle strain. In april i went to a breast specialist since it wasnt going away Did sonography n found 6 fibroadenomas birads 2 Doc said nothing to do now, follow up sonography every year. I went to my obgyn after 2 month she did a sono again and found 3 new lumps and birads 3. And its irregular with single angular margin also Well-defined hypochoic lesion at 2 o'clock, near retroareolar region My obgyn suggested to talk to radiologist Will that help? What else should be a next step ?

Do a mammo. And consult an oncosurgeon. Remove the lump and send for biopsy

You should consult a General Surgeon, get all those fibroadenomas (which are more than 1 cm in one dimension) removed and biopsied. Further management will depend on the biopsy report. FNAC may not be the best alternative.
