Fibroadenoma is a growth in breast which comes from hormonal imbalance. usually it is not affected by sex. But while having sex, if the fibroadenoma is physically affected by the acts in sex, then it may cause local swelling and increase in size may be felt.

Please go to a gynecologist and get examined. It is better to remove fibroadenoma
