Fibre requirement
Hi any body tell me , simple fruits with their fibre content like apple , pomegranate ,papaya , kiwi that are available any season with their fibre in gram to achieve 30 to 40 gm daily requirement of fibre

An apple approximately gives 2 gm of fiber 4 thin slices of papaya gives 5 GM of fiber like wise other fruits the fiber content varies between 2 to 5 or 6 gms only it's not practically possible to  provide 40 GM of fiber per day only from fruits as fruits have a fructose load and when eaten more than 100 to 150gms can increase calories as well as triglycerides which is a bad fat

Hello mam....having 1-2 fruit in day will not achieve the daily requirements of fibre....you have to eat salad everyday & you have to include some cereal in your diet...like jowar ,bajara etc .

Daily fiber requirement can’t be met just with fruits. Other whole grains and pulses, vegetable are need to be taken with fruits to meet the requirement. Consult directly
