Few drops of bloodn urine

Asked for Male, 68 Years

My father had grade 1 prostate enlargement as per doctor's scan report taken before 6 months..but few days before he found blood drops in urine...again it has got repeated today also...few bacteria also present in urine ! Please let us know , is it alarming ,or what could be the reason behind this...and remedy for this
