  4. Fever with vomitting. Please suggest!

Fever with vomitting.
My son had 2 episodes of vomitting in the morning and high fever 102.6. Complaining of leg pain and headache. Gave Crocin 240 - 5ml twice since morning with gap of 6 hours. Please suggest
