  4. Fever , stomach pain, rashes. Weight!

My 3 1/2 Years old boy.having fever from last 3 days of 102.6 today yesterday it was around 101.9 but again it rised today..having stomach pain also,not willing to eat anything,rashes are also being seen...feels like vomiting......early morning today vomits also....giving dolo 250 5 ml....he is of 20kg weight
