Fever, soreness, fatigue, bumps
Okay. I’ve had a fever of 101-102.5 for four days. I’ve been taking ibuprofen and acetaminophen for the fever, but it’s always come back. I also have had a persistent headache that comes and goes randomly. I’ve also had muscle soreness and fatigue since Tuesday, though my muscles are doing far better than they were on the first and second. Also, I don’t know if this is relevant, I have sores on my perineum that look like they might be herpes. Please help me discover what’s wrong with me.
