Fever since last night.
Fever is above 103 degree since last night. Visited the local doctor today morning but there is no recovery seen. she is my sister n having a new born child.

103 fever 'll cause sever dehydration , you need to increase her fluid intake .. to know the  č cause of fever ..some blood investigation and culture 'll be needed... most probably breast abscess .. in simple word infection of milking tissue .. need admission . Please visit your nearest hospital to rule out the major causes.
