My baby girl got fever of 102 degrees now what can I do please suggest.. And we are given crocin syrup..

You can use crocin syrup 4hourly also for fever but getting checked her by your pediatrician is most important to rule out source of fever. Sponging with normal lukewarm water continuously till fever comes to normal is the most fastest way to control it,as fever medicine takes time,sometimes it may not bring down fever also,it happens .
