Fever nasal congestion had cough
Dear doctor my son 5 years body weight 22kgs has fever ranging from 100 to 103 for last 2 days. He also has cough and nasal congestion. Snoring sounds are coming when he is sleeping . I am giving him calpol 7.5 ml . What can I also give for the cold symptoms ? Is sinarest ok ? Kindly suggest

Greetings kindly give paracetamol for fever Sinarest AF for cold and Nasoclear nasal spray for nasal block
