Fever in early pregnancy
I am 11 weeks pregnant, bcz of drinking cold water i developed sore throat and then fever. Is it safe to take crocin for the fever? Or should I let fever naturally go ?

Crocin is safe in pregnancy. Apart from Crocin do saline gargle too
