Fever, headache, diarrhea
Have had fever, headache and diarrhea for 4-5 days. The symptoms come every 3-5 hours. Have been taking paracetamol and loperamide without seeing the situation improves.

Hello dear patient, if fever is associated with diarrhea then it's infection related loose stools. Loperamide should be avoided in the beginning as it slows down your intestine but it does not resolved the diarrhea. You must drink lots of ors, like 2 liters a day or 200 ml after each loose stool. You need to take appropriate medication and antibiotics. Tc
