Fever from last 4 days
My 17 months baby is suffering from high fever 101 from last 4 days today is fifth day. In starting fever comes after 11 hrs but now comes after every 4 hrs. Doctor gave her dolo 250 (2.5 ml) and Hatric -3( 2 ml). Is there any need to start antibiotic or should I wait for one more day?? Pls reply as soon as possible . Urgent. Thanks in advance

High grade fever for 4-5 days needs evaluation.You can give Dolo for fever but should get your child investigated and evaluated properly.Then only further drugs can be advised
