Hello, Plenty of luckwarm liquids. Black coffee with two teaspoons of honey, two pinchesof cinnamon powder to be taken in morning and night. Report shows high eosinophil count called as eoshinophillia. It may cause allergy related to Respiratory tract ie why your father got cough. For eoshinophillia you have to consult a general physician MD as Medicin should be  given in which proper dose can be given by a local doctor as we could not monitor u from open site.ok.
