Fever from last 10 days
One of my female friend is having fever from last 10 days all test are done malaria dengue chest xray sonography and all are negative and normal platelets count 1st was 1.62 lacs and then checked again it reduce to 1.35 lacs, body temperature is in normal range in morning but in evening it goes up to 102 to 103.
Please let us know what exactly it is.

Hello....... Evening rise of temperature in seen in tuberculosis. Sputum examination is also required as TB is one of the most common cause. It presents with persistent cough, fever and weight loss.. Otehrwise it could be atypical infection.. Attach Blood examination and it's report ..
