Fever from last 1 day
Actually my last day I am taking Paracip -500 + levomac -500 medicine fir fever .my fever is about 102f intially and currently 100.3 f. Could I try dolo-500 instead of Paracip -500 .will I get relief.I have not consultwd any discord yet.
