Fever for eleven months old girl baby

yesterday morning at 5am gave paracetamol 5ml of 125mg and at 8.30a.m gave advent antibiotic 4ml later I checked afternoon fever is 98.7 °f so ididnt gave medicine.evening 4 o clock felt temperature checked it is showing 100.7°F gave 5ml paracetamol then baby is playing for sometime...Now doc pls suggest should I go for blood test or is it ok.when should I stop these medicines.how much I interval should I give medicine.I m worried everywhere viral dengue fever so only aski

Interval to be maintained in Paracetamol syrup is 6_8hrs depending on fever.
Advent if you have started atleast you give it to 3days.surely go for blood test if fever persist
