I have a cefalexin 250 mg tablets but need to wear a cefalexin 500 mg tablet. Can I wear two of these cefalexin 250mg tablets.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Cefalexin isn't some piece of garment for someone to wear.
It's a medicine , and last time i checked, you cannot weak medicines.
If you were wondering if you could take two 250mg tablets, then yes you could do that.
Consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
