Fever and cold
My child 8 months old. He having continues fever and cold from two days. I tried some his previous medicine but no use Anyone suggest something

Please get his Urine routine test done.
Specify the fever taken via thermometer(axillary/underarm)
Specify if the child is excessively crying/ inconsolable.
Specify the weight of the child
Drops Patacetamol 2ml if temp > 100 • F

Give syp crocin 5ml if temperature is more than 99 degrees, can be repeated every 6 hours. Syp maxtra 3ml thrice a day. Nasoclear drops 2 drops in each nostril every 6 hours
